The Affirmations You Deserve

Healing is beautiful even in moments of regression.

Even though you might not be where you want to be, remember that you aren’t where you once were.

We’re all growing and we all deserve the grace, love and patience we freely give to everyone else.

Be kind to yourself, especially when you make mistakes.

Be gentle with yourself, especially when you’re fragile.

Never forget that you arrive to the table as enough.

You don’t need anyone or anything to complete you, you are whole all by yourself.

I have decided to be okay.

I have decided to be okay but this time, I’m doing it for me.

I’m doing it because I deserve it.

Loving myself fully makes space for peace, love, and acceptance to overflow.

I’m learning that I’m not quite where I want to be, but I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

I’m learning that I have an incredible amount of healing ahead of me and I’m excited for the journey.

I don’t know where you are in your journey.

I don’t know what goals you’ve set out to accomplish

But I do know that it takes bravery, self awareness and strength to begin a journey that has the potential to shake your entire world so I commend you.

I congratulate you for loving yourself enough to heal, learn, unlearn and grow.

On the days when everything feels more trouble than triumph, I pray you find patience in the palm of your hands, hope in your heart and every breathe fills your lungs with love.
