Self-Love is exhausting.
Life is exhausting so I often forget to take the necessary time to remind myself that, at times, existing is enough.
It’s easy to get disappointed by the moments when the people you hold in high esteem remind you that they are human.
They are humans who have their own assumptions, preconceived notions and pains.
But today, I want to remind you that through the storm, through the trials, through the difficulty, you are seen.
You are seen, you are enough and if you don’t believe me, maybe You are Seen will help convince you.
