Hands

Warm palms, soft hands and strong women have shaped my entire existence. The hands of the women who hold me up has taught me all I need to know about Self-Love. Don’t forget to cherish the women in your life and love them deeply.

Self-Love is Painful

This Self-Love journey has been the most painful process of my entire life. Many times, the media paints Self-Love as this simple process filled with bathbombs and butterflies. Self-Love is so much more than that. It demands that we give our very best and become our best selves. The journey itself is long and grueling.
