Happy Self-Love Sunday everyone! Don’t forget to be grateful for those in your life. Be present and love deeply. I was blessed to spend the weekend with my wonderful family and it made me think about all I’ve learned from them.
Last Sunday I went to a poetry show featuring four amazing poets. The experience was completely amazing and I am forever grateful for it. This Free-Thinking Friday I am sharing my experience as well as an open letter to all the poets who came before me.
This Self-Love Sunday I am grateful for the opportunity to check a box off on my vision board. I have a degree! Now, I have to figure out who I am in this new season. I've never been afraid of heights but I've always grappled with this intense fear of falling. I don't like feeling out of control or not knowing what awaits me at the bottom.
Allow yourself to be present and to be purposeful and to be aware and to experience success and failure with an open heart and an open mind.
Happy Self-Love Sunday! This Sunday I am sharing an open letter I wrote to my dad in honor of Father's Day.
