1. I love how hard I work to heal
2. I love my emotional intelligence (I am on a daily journey to become more aware and not remain stagnant)
3.I love my level of awareness as it pertains to my mental health
4. I love my soul
5. I love my taste in music

PS: We are nearing the end of this 21 day challenge and I’m realizing how much introspection it requires and I’m grateful for the opportunity to get to know and love myself better
