21 Days of Self-Love: Day 6

Hey! I’m doing a 21 day challenge where I list 5 things I love about myself every single day.

1. I prioritize my mental health

2. I am forgiving

3. I take the time to listen to my body in order to understand its needs

4. I love that I truly love animals

5. I do not push my emotions away, I allow myself to feel the positive and not-so-positive emotions that come with this human experience. I do not ignore the downs or kick and scream while I experience them, I simply appreciate the waves for what they are. I appreciate all of my emotions and allow myself to experience them without judgement.
