A Note on “The Perfect Day”

In last week’s post, “The Perfect Day” I shared how I would spend my perfect day.

Since I’m intentional about doing the things that make me feel safe, seen and loved every day,

The perfect day would be filled with the little things I enjoy doing in my every day life.

On my perfect day, I’d enjoy a good book.

I do that every single day.

On my perfect day, I’d walk outside.

I can’t let a day pass without walking my dogs.

On my perfect day, I’d move my body.

I don’t leave the house without a few moments of intentional movement.

On my perfect day, I’d spend time doing the things that bring light to my life.

I try my best to be the type of person who always sees the beauty in my present reality.

I like to constantly remind myself that there’s good on this Earth and that I’m worthy of experiencing that good.

There is good in this world and by trying my best to see it, I am a better person and my days become just that much brighter.

What would you do on your perfect day?

Who would be there?

Where would you be?

Thank you for reading my words. Be well & know that you are loved. And I hope this post inspires you to make your days just a tad bit more beautiful.

xoxo

  1. Your perfect day sounds pretty much like mine!
Except we don’t have a dog – yet. That may happen next year when I reduce my working days.
Putting some music on and reading is one of my favourite ways to spend time. Or pottering in my greenhouse.
