This is how I practiced Self-Love this week
-I went to yoga twice this week instead of once
-I listened to my body during my work out
-I cried. A lot.
-I reread Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone
–I spent time with my boyfriend
–I explained my anxiety to a loved one
-I forgave myself.
-I forgave those who hurt me
-I prayed for peace.
-I said “thank you”, a lot.
-I allowed gratefulness to outweigh fear.
These actions may seem simple but I’ve made progress in my practice of Self-Love and for this I’m grateful.
